What is a Virtual CFO?
A Virtual CFO does what a chief financial officer does (cash flow, budgets, financing, planning and reporting) on a part-time basis and remotely. You get senior financial guidance without the cost of a full-time executive.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. Your first consultation costs nothing and comes with no obligation. We’ll learn about your business and tell you how we’d help.
Do we need to be near your office?
No. We work with business owners by phone and video calls, and handle your books in QuickBooks Online, so location doesn’t matter.
Can you take over from my current bookkeeper?
Yes. We often replace a bookkeeper or accounting manager entirely, clean up the books, and take it from there.
What does it cost?
Packages start at $3,000 up front and $1,000 a month on a 12-month contract. Core CFO is $6,000 up front and $2,000 a month. Complex businesses get custom pricing after a free consultation.
